By using OneDay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneDay is a cinematic time capsule app that allows you to create "moments" — personal notes with titles, text, and images — locked until a future date of your choosing. Once created, moments cannot be viewed until their unlock date arrives.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create in OneDay.
• You are solely responsible for the content you store in the Service.
• You must not store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass the lock mechanism of moments.
• Compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
